Why wouldn't it? The M3's aluminum-block four-liter V-eight weighs in at a lithe four hundred forty pounds and pumps out four hundred twenty hp at a screaming eighty-three hundred rpm. With its zero-to-sixty-mph figure of just over four and a half seconds, we're betting the fourth iteration of the M3 will be a serious competitor to Mercedes-Benz's CLK 63 Black Series and the new Audi RS5.
